Retention guidelines:

• Account data is retained while the account remains active.
• Project and workspace data is retained while required for platform operation.
• Deleted accounts will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period (typically within 90 days), unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Account deletion requests may be submitted through the platform or via privacy@iteamup.nl.

Workspace messages, project records and collaboration history may be retained in anonymized form where necessary to preserve collaboration integrity, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations or protect platform security.
